Post subject: 91 Honda Accord Ex decelerates when driving

I have a 91 honda accord ex and sometimes while driving it will decelerate when driving while i am still holding down the gas. When i turn the car off and back on it will run fine for awhile then do it again. The last time it did it after it stoped it smelled like something buring and smoke was coming from under it.
